Aah, Romance! For me a romantic date is when your man lets you choose where you go for dinner and/or the activity, he doesn't care where you go or what you do as long as he's with you. He sees only you, gets the door for you and makes sure you are comfortable. Dancing has to be involved, slow dancing if nothing else. To me moving and swaying while holding the person you have affection for is very sexy. Always, getting flowers is romantic. I had a man at one point in time that did all this, so I believe there is still someone out there with these same ideals of what a woman wants.
